Prior to the Procedure


Limit your caffeine intake on the day of procedure.
Do not workout on the day of procedure.
Do not tan for one week prior to the procedure.
Do not take aspirin, excedrin, niacin, vitamin D or ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure.  These can cause you to bleed during your service.
Do not consume alcohol the night prior or the day of procedure.
 
Do not wax or tint eyebrows within 3 days of the procedure.
No Botox for four weeks prior to the procedure.
Discontinue use of Retin-A or AHA products for two weeks prior to the procedure.
No laser or chemical peels for four weeks prior to the procedure.
No microdermabrasion or dermaplaning treatments for two weeks prior to the procedure.
 
Do not pick/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis for one week before the procedure.
Do not have any type of facial two weeks prior to the procedure.

After the Procedure - Permanent Makeup


Use a clean pillowcase & avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days.
Allow any scabbing or flaking to naturally fall off, do not force or pick off.  Doing so can interfere with color retention and can cause scarring.
No facials, Botox, chemical treatments, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
Avoid hot, sweaty exercise for one week.
Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks after the procedure. Wear a hat when outdoors. 
After 10 day wear sunscreen on your brows.
Avoid face-down swimming, lakes, and hot tubs for the first 10 days.
Avoid long, hot showers for the first 10 days.
DO NOT rub, pick/peel, or scratch the treated area.  Doing so can interfere with color retention and can cause scarring.
It is very important to follow the after-care instructions!  Failure to follow them may affect the final outcome of your brows.
 

Perfectly healed results can't be guaranteed due to many factors affecting each client's healing process. No brow artist can promise flawless results, not even those charging $1,000.
